Why can’t I request my entire balance as a withdrawal?

There are several reasons that this may occur: 

Please check whether your current balance corresponds to the minimum withdrawal amount. You will find this after you have selected a withdrawal method under "Withdrawal details". Only in this case can a withdrawal be requested online. Furthermore, only whole amounts (no decimal places) may be entered in the withdrawal form. Umlauts and accents are also not recognized. 

If you have participated in a bonus promotion with your ODDSET account, you can only request your entire credit balance as a withdrawal as soon as the terms of the promotion have been fulfilled.
