Direct Bonus Terms and Conditions

General information

1.1

These Specific Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional offers within the sports betting and live betting products of ODDSET Sportwetten GmbH, which grant a direct bonus and are marked as such (“Direct Bonus”/“Direct Bonuses”).

1.2

In addition to these Specific Terms and Conditions for Direct Bonuses, Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions apply.

1.3

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions and/or the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and these Specific Terms and Conditions for the ODDSET Deposit Bonus, these Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail, followed by the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and then the General Terms and Conditions but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.

Direct Bonus regulations

2.1

A Direct Bonus is an amount that is deposited directly into your account - no deposit is initially required. The specific Direct Bonus offer is displayed to the customer in their player account.

Direct Bonuses may be subject to restrictions: for example, they may only apply to certain sports or only be granted on certain devices. In these cases, the customer will be informed of the corresponding restriction in the Direct Bonus overview.

If you have more than one bonus with similar criteria in your account, you should be aware that you can only play with one bonus. This means that one bonus is marked as “Active” while the others are set to “Waiting”.

2.2

Available Direct Bonuses are displayed on our promotion page.  There you can also see the current status of the specific wagering requirements and when the Direct Bonus is released.

2.3

If a Direct Bonus is offered, it can only be used once and only within the time period specified on the screen. If the validity period expires without the Direct Bonus having been used, the Direct Bonus will become invalid.

2.4

If special conditions apply to certain betting options, such as minimum odds, restrictions on combination bets, etc., these restrictions also apply to the respective Direct Bonuses.

Although a Direct Bonus with a withdrawal restriction can be used immediately after activation, the bonus balance with a withdrawal restriction is only available after the customer has fulfilled all wagering requirements.

2.5

A Direct Bonus is awarded per person, household, shared computer or shared IP address, is not transferable in any way and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

2.6

ODDSET GmbH reserves the right to impose restrictions on the customer account, such as deposit restrictions, in order to comply with legal obligations. ODDSET GmbH is not responsible if these restrictions affect the customer's ability to meet the conditions for promotions and/or affect the release of a bonus, reward or prizes.

2.7

ODDSET GmbH cannot guarantee the availability of Direct Bonuses on all end devices or browsers.
