Special Bonus Terms & Conditions "Welcome Bonus“

1. The promotion is only valid within the specified promotion period.

    

2. By by participating in the promotion, you accept the Special Bonus Terms and Conditions as well as our General Bonus Terms and Conditions.

    

3. You are only eligible to receive the bonus as a new customer and with your first deposit. We also reserve the right to exclude you from the promotion if these conditions are not fulfilled.

    

4. By accepting the welcome bonus, you will receive an additional 100% deposit bonus of up to 100.00 EUR on your first deposit.

   E.G.: You make a first deposit of 50.00 EUR into your player account. Your welcome bonus would then amount to 50.00 EUR.

    

5. Minimum initial deposit: In order to receive the welcome bonus, you must deposit at least 10.00 EUR.

    

6. To receive the welcome bonus, enter the bonus code WELCOMEBONUS in the bonus code field when making your first deposit into your player account.

    

7. The welcome bonus can be redeemed with all offered payment methods.

    

8. Bonus features: The bonus is available for betting, but cannot be cashed out until the following release conditions have been met within the specified time period. Until this time, withdrawal is restricted.

    

9. Time to meet release conditions: 30 days from the granting of the bonus.

    

10. Release conditions:

    10.1     To meet the release conditions you must meet minimum odds when placing bets:

    10.1.1   For single bets, the minimum odds are 1.5.

    10.1.2  For multi bets, the minimum odds per selected result in the bet slip are 1.01. However, the total odds of the multi bet must also be at least 1.5.

    10.2     In addition, the bonus amount granted must be wagered at least 5 times.

    E.G.: Your welcome bonus is 50.00 EUR, which means you must place bets with a total stake of 5 times 50.00 EUR (= 250.00 EUR).

     

    10.3     All bets placed with the bonus amount must be settled within 30 days of the bonus being granted.

     

    10.4     The release conditions must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being granted.

     

    10.5     The bonus amount and any winnings resulting from it will only be available to you without restriction (e.g. for withdrawal) after meeting the release conditions within the set period.
    

     

11. Your bonus amount and any winnings resulting from bets placed with the bonus will be displayed as a restricted amount in the bonus section of your account until the release conditions for the bonus have been met.

     

12. If the release conditions are not met within the specified time period, both the bonus amount awarded and any winnings resulting from the bonus will be forfeited.

     

13. Please note that only bets based on the market and selection on which the first bet was placed within an event will be allocated to the bonus amount as well as the release conditions.

    E.G.: Team A vs Team B: If you first placed a bet of 10.00 EUR on Team A to win, then placed a bet of 5.00 EUR on Team B to win and later placed another bet of 5.00 EUR on Team A to win, only those bets placed on Team A to win will count towards the bonus release conditions when settling the bets, provided those bets meet all other bonus conditions.

    E.G.: Team A vs Team B: If you first placed a bet of 10.00 EUR on a draw, then placed a bet of 5.00 EUR on Team B to win and later placed another bet of 5.00 EUR on Team A to win, only those bets placed on a draw will count towards the bonus release conditions when settling the bets, provided these bets meet all other bonus conditions.

     

14. If you request a withdrawal of your first deposit within the bonus period, the bonus will be forfeited.

     

15. You will find an overview of your bonuses in the bonus section of your player account.

     

16. The welcome offer is awarded per person, household, shared computer or shared IP address and is not transferable in any way.

     

17. Furthermore, the welcome bonus can only be redeemed once per player account and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

     

18. We reserve the right to terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

     

19. In addition, the General Bonus Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions for Online Sports Betting (T&C) apply. In the event that the T&C and/or the General Bonus Terms and Conditions conflict with these Special Bonus Terms and Conditions, or in the event of any inconsistency, these Special Bonus Terms and Conditions shall apply first, followed by the General Bonus Terms and Conditions. This provision shall only be applied to the extent necessary to resolve the respective conflict or incompatibility.
