Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions
I. General information
1. The organizer of this promotion is ODDSET Sportwetten GmbH with its registered office at Konrad-Zuse-Platz 12, 81829 Munich, Germany, with the commercial register number HRB 196232 (ODDSET GmbH).
2. By participating in the promotion, the customer also accepts the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.
3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions and/or the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and these Specific Terms and Conditions for the ODDSET Deposit Bonus, these Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail, followed by the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and then the General Terms and Conditions but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.
4. Participants must:
a. be over 18 years of age;
b. have a registered and verified ODDSET player account.
c. have been offered the ODDSET deposit bonus by ODDSET. There is no legal entitlement to the ODDSET deposit bonus.

II. Mechanics
1. In order to participate in the ODDSET deposit bonus promotion, an Eligible Customer (see section I. 4) must complete the following steps:
a. Activate the deposit bonus on the promotion page. In some cases, the deposit bonus is already activated, in which case only step b. needs to be carried out.
b. At least EUR 5 must be deposited.
2. The Eligible Customer will receive an additional percentage amount on their deposit of at least EUR 5 within one week of receiving the offer. The specific amount is determined in the respective promotion. (Example: customer receives a 50% deposit bonus up to EUR 100 and deposits EUR 100. The customer receives 50 EUR bonus credit).
3. The ODDSET deposit bonus can be activated with all payment methods offered. This does not apply to the Promo Code payment method.
4. ODDSET deposit bonus features: The ODDSET deposit bonus is available for betting in all participating sports and markets (see section III.) but can only be withdrawn if the following release conditions (see section IV.) have been met within the specified period. Until this point, the withdrawal is restricted.
III. Participating sports and markets

IV. Release conditions
1. The Eligible Customer within the meaning of section I. 4. must fulfill the following release conditions in order for the deposit bonus to be released:
a. The respective minimum odds for single and combination bets must be adhered to.
b. In addition, the bonus amount granted must be wagered several times. How often the amount must be wagered can be found in the special conditions of the respective deposit bonus.
c. All bets placed with the bonus amount granted must be settled within the individually specified period from the time the ODDSET deposit bonus is granted.
d. The release conditions must be fulfilled within the individually defined period from the granting of the deposit bonus.
The individual conditions of a deposit bonus can be found on the corresponding details page. This is available on the promotion page at https://promo.oddset.de/de/promo/offers as soon as a deposit bonus is offered.
2. The ODDSET deposit bonus and all winnings resulting from bets placed with the ODDSET deposit bonus will be displayed as a restricted amount in the bonus section of the account until the release conditions under section IV a. to d. have been met.
3. If a bet placed with the ODDSET deposit bonus is deemed “canceled” or “lost”, this bet can no longer be counted towards the deposit bonus.
4. if a bet placed with the ODDSET deposit bonus is classified as a dead head (d/h) and the applicable dead head odds fall below 1.00, this bet can also no longer be counted towards the deposit bonus. As such a bet is deemed to be “canceled” within the meaning of section 3.
5. In the event that the release conditions in accordance with section IV. 1. are not fulfilled within the specified period, both the ODDSET deposit bonus granted and all winnings resulting from the deposit bonus shall be forfeited.
V. Miscellaneous
1. Full use of the player account, including use of the ODDSET deposit bonus balance and withdrawals, is only possible with a verified player account.
2. ODDSET GmbH reserves the right to impose restrictions on the player account, such as deposit restrictions, in order to comply with its legal obligations. ODDSET GmbH is not responsible if these restrictions affect the customer's ability to fulfill the conditions for this promotion and/or affect the release of this promotion.
3. Should there be any suspicion that a customer is guilty of fraudulent activity, ODDSET GmbH reserves the right to exclude him from this promotion and/or to block his player account and/or to suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
4. ODDSET GmbH reserves the right to unilaterally change, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate this promotion at any time.
5. ODDSET GmbH reserves the right not to offer this promotion on all marketable end devices or browsers.
6. The ODDSET deposit bonus is awarded per person, household, shared device or shared IP address and is non-transferable.
