Why was my withdrawal order rejected?

Withdrawals may be rejected, and the funds returned to your account balance for a number of reasons: 

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment instruments or bank accounts that are in the name of the ODDSET account holder. 
• Withdrawals of free bet or play credits and marketing bonus credits are subject to the terms of promotion. 
• If deposits made are not used for participation in our extensive range of offers, but are requested for withdrawal, ODDSET GmbH may cancel these on case-by-case basis instead of carrying out the withdrawal as requested. 
• ODDSET GmbH reserves the right to check credit card payments on a case-by-case basis by requesting copies of these cards.
