I cannot request a withdrawal
There are several reasons that this may occur:
Please check whether your current balance corresponds to the minimum withdrawal amount. You will find this after you have selected a withdrawal method under "“Withdrawal details"”. Only in this case can a withdrawal be requested online. Furthermore, only whole amounts (no decimal places) may be entered in the withdrawal mask. Umlauts and accents are also not recognized.
We would also like to point out that the availability of withdrawal methods depends on the selected deposit methods to fund your account.
If you have taken all of this into account and you are still unable to make a withdrawal, please contact our Customer Service team, stating the error message that is displayed when you request a withdrawal.
