How can I shorten the ‘Cash Out’ process?

Just like for bet placement (How can I shorten the live bet placement process?), the ‘Cash Out’ process can be accelerated by automatically accepting all value changes that might occur between clicking the ‘CASH OUT’-button and the process being completed.

To automatically accept all value changes, choose the option ‘Accept all payout values’ in the section ‘Cash Out’ of your ‘Settings’ accordingly.
