How can I close my account?
You have the following options for closing your account or taking a break from playing. Please select thoughtfully the reason for which you want to close your account.
- Exclusion: if you have developed problematic gambling behaviour or feel that you are at risk of gambling addiction, you can have yourself blocked from gambling at any time. Each self-lock has a legally defined duration of at least twelve months. This option is available in the account under "Gambling Control". A self-block can be initiated in the following ways:
- You complete the online self-blocking form available on the website under "Gambling Control/Exclusion of bets & self-exclusion".
- You contact the Customer Service.
- You also have the option to take a short break and block yourself from our offer for 24 hours by pressing the so-called "panic button".
- Betting exclusion: If you want to close your account for other reasons, you have the option to close the account permanently or temporarily.
- Permanent: please select the option "Permanent account closure" under "Settings". Please note: for legal reasons, the closure of the account is considered permanent and it is not possible to reopen your account once it has been successfully closed. The remaining balance will be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible.
- Temporary: Select the option "I want to temporarily exclude myself from betting" under "Gambling Control/Exclusion & Self-Exclusion". On this page you can close your account, again with the following options:
- Exclusion for a specific period (1 week / 1 month / 3 months / 6 months or until a specific day): if you specify a specific duration for the closure, the selected product will be automatically reopened at the end of this period.
- Exclusion for an indefinite period: your account will be closed for an indefinite period.
- You can reopen a temporarily closed account at any time.
Regardless of whether you block your account yourself or whether this is done by our customer service, your personal data will not be deleted. After the end of this period, you can request the deletion of your data.
