How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, you will need to log into your account and then go to the "My Account Details" section.

If you do not have access to the email address registered with us, please contact Email with the information below:

• Please state in your request that you wish to change your email address registered with us and provide your full name, date of birth and the email address currently registered with us that you no longer have access to.
• Also attach a picture of a proof of identity (e.g. an identity card, passport or driving licence).
